Melody Storms
Melody Storms is Director of Agency Services for RCI Recruitment Solutions. She brings to this key leadership position almost 22 years of extensive knowledge and experience in the recruitment marketing and communications industry. Because top-level service for all RCI clients is Melody's first priority, she acts as consultant for each and every one, ensuring that all needs and objectives are being effectively met. Melody also serves as educator, working constantly with clients to assure their full understanding of all marketing and communications products and services available to them, and making recommendations as needed. In addition to providing a superior customer experience for RCI clients, Melody consistently champions new business initiatives for the company, and plays an integral role in RCI's growth.
Born in Reading, PA, and raised in Coral Springs, FL, Melody began her professional career in Ft. Lauderdale immediately after high school by joining Nationwide Advertising Services (NAS) as a customer service representative. Two years later, Melody ventured out west, where she joined a marketing advertising agency, American Advertising Services in Dallas, TX, as a sales representative. But she soon missed Florida and the world of recruitment advertising. Upon her return, she went on to spend the next 15 years with Bernard Hodes Group in Ft. Lauderdale, adding significantly to her professional repertoire, through working with accounts of all sizes and industries.
Today, Melody considers RCI Recruitment Solutions to be home to her career. She resides in Boca Raton.
