Paul Bianco
Major Account Manager

Paul Bianco has a 28-year history in the recruitment industry that has given him an intimate knowledge of the needs of the hiring community. His 14 years at RCI offer our clients an expertise of the products and services that exceeds industry standards.

Paul is responsible for new business acquisition, developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as sales of recruitment advertising at RCI Recruitment Solutions. Having grown with the company, Paul is able to spend each day tailoring RCI’s offerings to the specific needs of our clients.

Prior to coming to RCI, Paul was Vice President and Managing Partner of Charles J. Kenneth Associates, Ltd. of Long Island, NY and executive recruiter and search specialist at Woodbury Personnel also of Long Island, NY.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Pre-Law from Hofstra University, Long Island, NY. He lives in Jupiter, FL with his wife and two sons.

Aaron Greider
National Account Executive

Aaron Greider started his career with RCI Recruitment Solutions in a short time has climbed the ranks to become one of the company’s top performing account executives. Aaron’s strong work ethic and passion to succeed has catapulted him to top-tier status within the RCI team.

As a national account executive, Aaron spends much of his time traveling and meeting with clients directly, giving him the advantage of keeping on the pulse of the human resources and talent management industry. His duties consist of offering clients various products and services through detailed evaluation and assessment. He has established some of RCI’s largest accounts, filling talent requirements for companies such as DHL and Farmer’s Insurance.

Aaron resides with his wife in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

John Maher
Regional Sales Manager

John Maher has a 12-year history at RCI Recruitment Solutions. Starting as an account executive, John’s drive has led him to his current position as Regional Sales Manager responsible for new business development.

He received the “RCI Rising Star” Award as the top revenue producer in 2007. Utilizing his strong sales experience and knowledge of the recruitment industry, he is able to better strategize and determine the products and services best suited for our clients. John is a driven, goal-oriented individual with an easy-going spirit who has made an impressive impact on the RCI team.

Prior to joining RCI, John was the Regional Account Manager at Harte-Hanks in Framingham, MA.

John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing from Suffolk University, Boston. He resides in Franklin, MA with his wife and three children.
