Tonya Greene brings to RCI Recruitment Solutions eight years of management experience in the recruitment industry. Joining the company as a Senior Recruiter in 2006, she took on the responsibility of driving the recruiting process and developing strategic operational procedures.
Managing the day-to-day functions of client relations, candidate screening and sourcing, and facilitating the complete recruiting process has become second nature to her. Her involvement in the recruitment process has been multi-faceted, offering detailed interaction with applicants via identifying, screening, and interviewing, as well as enhancing the communication process with clients.
As National Recruitment Director, Tonya is invaluable for both RCI and the HR community. She broadened her responsibility to managing all aspects of the recruiting life-cycle while expanding our business base, making sure deliverables surpass expectations and building sound and positive relationships with clients.
Tonya’s management experience has provided her with the solid foundation necessary for leading and mentoring her recruitment team and overseeing each and every client's need from contract conception to completion.
Prior to joining RCI, Tonya performed the roles of Recruiting Director and HR Manager for nterAct Technologies of College Park, GA, and Branch Manager/Recruiting Manager for Triad Personnel of Atlanta.
Tonya holds an AA degree in Marketing from Atlanta-based Bauder College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
