New Webinar series tackles all levels of Talent Management

Jupiter, FL - April 14th, 2008 - RCI Recruitment Solutions, Inc. today announced the launch of a talent management webinar series produced by The RCI Center of Excellence. The webinar series is designed to help human resources and hiring managers understand innovative and effective practices of workforce planning, recruitment and talent management in today’s competitive environment.

Titled “The Talent Management Learning Series,” this webinar program consists of eight sessions and will cover the key components of talent acquisition. The series will also include a question and answer forum after each presentation. In addition to the educational benefits of each webinar, registered participants will be eligible to earn one credit hour toward their PHR, SPHR, or GPHR recertification for each webinar they take part in.

Brett Hettrick, managing director of the RCI Center of Excellence, will kick off the first two of the series presentations, April 29 and May 1 covering the topics of Employer Branding, and Job and Candidate Profiling respectively. Other topics will include Workforce Planning, Sourcing Strategies, Candidate Selection, Screening and Assessment, Recruiting Metrics and Recruiting Technology.

Hettrick has more than 20 years leadership experience in a number of HR and staffing environments. Most recently he has come off the seminar circuit where he has presented more than 500 seminars on talent management in over 150 cities. He acts as coach and mentor for many progressive companies and has successfully completed many talent management audits for large and small firms throughout the country.
