It is very nice to see your voice here.

I wonder if part of your job is to educate and help your clients understand what this means and how that translates into practice.

I think recruiters in someway are more successful if they approach a relationship with clients based on on the foundation priniciples of coaching.

Otherwise, I think you fall into a trap that is like being a sales person to both your clients and the recruits.
