Ami, did you catch the 6 point drop in Hudson National Index? What say you recruiters on that. I should let you in on a little secret, the criteria for the index are people with paychecks. I think more and more talent are shaping entrepreneurial practices and gaining ground on their hourly fee. WorkEcology’s vision of a future for professional associations become access points through networks, like Linked In as a way to be recruited replacing the idea of low wage contract agencies, is not something far a way in the future.
