In efforts to improve its recruitment and retention program and position itself as a destination of choice for retail professionals, Winners Merchants International (WMI) of Ontario, Canada has sought the services of RCI Recruitment Solutions, Inc. of Jupiter, FL.
The retail chain selected RCI Recruitment Solutions as its recruitment and retention partner to implement an all-encompassing branding and advertising campaign. The company turned to the recruitment specialists to create a look and feel that effortlessly and cohesively transcends environments and audiences in a manner consistent with the established WMI communication tone.
“We will begin to craft our strategy around what their specific needs are in all areas of recruitment, what their goals and objectives are for 2008/2009, and gather the information necessary to begin putting together strong media plans and strategies for Winners International,” said Samantha Moore, RCI’s Executive Vice President of Client Services.
The campaign will focus on print, interactive, and web site media, as well as a detailed employee referral program, and other media efforts.
As Winners continues to grow, “Our ultimate goal is to update the company’s image and establish it as the employer of choice for retail professionals of all levels,” said Moore.
Winners Merchants International L.P. operates as a subsidiary of TJX Companies Inc. The partnership, effective immediately, is the first between the two companies.
