We recently added a couple of new case studies to our website that you might be interested in.
The first case study details our implementation of a customized Applicant Tracking System for a non-profit HMO in Albany, and how the new system resulted in an improved workflow that our customer’s Director of Human Capital Management described as “quite surprising and the least bit complex.”
The second case study looks at the work we did for a chain of family-owned grocery stores in North Carolina that result in a 74% reduction in total recruitment costs, a 93% reduction in cost-per-applicant, and a 250% increase in the number of applicants.
