"Before utilizing RCI to recruit for our Systems Administrator job opening at our Long Island facility, I ran recruitment advertisements in two major NY newspapers on three occasions. Though I received resumes from a large quantity of applicants, there was not one who had all of the required skills and abilities. Next I listed the position with two employment recruitment agencies that specialized in information technology positions. Neither agency was able to send me highly qualified applicants. I then decided to try RCI. Initially there was a technical problem that prevented the applicants that RCI contacted about our job opening from sending their cover letters/resumes to us. When I informed them that we hadn't received anything after a few days, RCI expeditiously investigated the problem and had it corrected. When the cover letters/resumes started coming in, we found that several of the applicants 'actually' possessed most of the technical skills and abilities that were needed and they lived within a reasonable commuting distance from our office. From that group we were able to hire a very competent individual. Based on my initial positive experience with RCI, in the future, if I find that traditional recruitment advertising for a particular position doesn't send us the applicants we are looking for, before turning to an employment recruitment agency, my next step will be to turn to RCI. RCI's fee is equivalent to the cost of a detailed recruitment ad in a major newspaper and it is far cheaper than paying a recruitment agency finder's fee. In addition, RCI demonstrated that they will contact qualified people who reside within a reasonable commute from your office about your job opening, greatly lessening the possibility of having to pay new-hire relocation fees. Lastly, RCI checks in with you every so often to see how your recruitment is going. A nice touch! "
