Jim NorthrupAs the Practice Leader of Talent Process, Systems and Management, Jim works with a variety of clients on a range of assignments, bringing to each project a unique perspective and understanding gained over many years as an HR leader and talent management advocate. Our clients have benefited from his solid approach and creative thinking for developing a winning talent-management machine. Jim's easy style combined with razor sharp instincts and a practical approach to problem solving makes him a favorite consulting partner in the C-suites of Fortune 500 clients and at the conference tables of mid-sized companies too. In either setting, Jim is accomplished in working with an organizations’ leadership and operational teams to help prepare and execute talent management, workforce, technology, training and related plans and programming. As well as being a Practice Leader with the RCI Center of Excellence, Jim is also a Managing Partner with HR consulting firm ClearSight Solutions.
