Executive Summary: What are your major recruitment and retention efforts?

Purpose

To gain an understanding of the challenges that the HR community faces with recruitment and retention. This data serves as the basis for developing recruitment and retention strategies that will enhance what participating companies currently utilize.

Methodology

Approximately 200 companies were invited to participate in a 10-question, multiple-choice survey, which was accessible online for 14 days. Seventeen companies (almost 8.5% of those invited) participated.

Findings

Respondents ranged from across all industries, including:

What this tells us is that no matter what the industry, area or location, all of us are facing the same problems and challenges when it comes to recruitment and retention and we are all looking for ways to improve our Return on Investment and Cost Per Hire.

• No: 82.4%
