STREAMline™ is a unique, integrated, and systematic approach to recruiter training that is channeled along six interconnected streams:

Skills
While STREAMline™ is not "Recruiting 101", it is just as effective for rookies as it is for seasoned professionals. Regardless of the skills recruiters bring to the table, STREAMline™ will provide them with a more effective recruiting process than the one they're using today.

Technique
We teach the processes and practices of every aspect of recruiting, from the technical elements of the job to effective organization and management; from the etiquette of effective business communication to the details of progressive self-direction. When your recruiters are finished with STREAMline™, they'll be masters in recruitment technique.

Recall
STREAMline™ introduces your recruiters to a method of problem-solving that we call "Recall." This method can be applied throughout the recruiting process to achieve continuous and measurable improvements. It draws on the recruitment industry's 'collective memory' to help frame a specific problem and sharpens the critical and intuitive reasoning skills your recruiters will bring to bear on the issue, opening new channels for creative solutions and new ways to implement them.

Expectations
Recruiters must be able to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, supervisors, and their peers, and simultaneously deliver tangible results. STREAMline™ demonstrates how to keep the recruiting process on course from beginning to end, and how to avoid mistakes, confusion, and fallout along the way.

Attitude
We cannot teach the kind of supportive attitude and behaviors that enable continued and increased success, but our approach enhances what each recruiter already has and develops what they’ll need to reach and remain at the pinnacle of their recruiting potential.

Metrics
STREAMline™ teaches your recruiters why and how the use of metrics advances your departmental goals and business objectives, and their professional and personal development. It shows them how to set up and track specific metrics, and introduces practical approaches to data collection, reporting, and analysis.

Recurring throughout the program, these six themes—Skills, Techniques, Recall, Expectations, Attitude, and Metrics—are the channels through which our theory, concepts, training, coaching, and delivery flow.
