Reinforcement Training
Effective training is a process, not an event. Reinforcement training empowers recruiters to apply what they have learned through continual reapplication in order to accomplish incremental, measurable improvements in performance and self-image.
Our regular training sessions and clinics take place in our virtual classroom. The content is delivered in line with the needs identified at the outset, but without deviating from the underlying and universal principles taught. In these two-hour forums, myriad situations come under review, which, when combined with the mix of recruiters involved, adds interest and encourages the cross-pollination of ideas, sharing of techniques, and mutual aid.
