We can send a reverse posting to candidates, or send the candidates’ resumes to you, or call the candidates on your behalf.
After RCI TalentLocatorTM sources tens of thousands of Internet locations to identify the individuals who have the skill sets, experiences, educational backgrounds, and locations you require, there are a few different ways you can proceed.
Option 1: Reverse Posting
Our award-winning creative team will write and design a series of strategic emails that match your employer brand, relay your unique value proposition, and provide details on your specific opportunity.
This email series will be sent to the inbox of every individual located within your geographic target who has been identified by RCI TalentLocatorTM as possessing your required skill sets, with each individual receiving three emails throughout the life of the project (candidates who respond to one email will not receive future emails).
Along with sending your candidates the email series, we can also place automated or live phone calls to the candidates identified by RCI TalentLocatorTM. Our award-winning copywriters will craft a message that works in concert with your email campaign, and you’ll have the option of using our autocall technology to deliver the message or upgrading to a live recruiter (a live recruiter will be able to use his or her expertise to increase the candidate’s interest in your opportunity, which is something our automated technology cannot do).
In addition to the email series and the telephone calls, we will advertise your opportunity with the Workforce Development Board of your job location’s state unemployment office, allowing you to reach qualified workers who were laid off by previous employers due to no fault of their own. Candidates from the Workforce Development Board will be driven back to our sourcing specialists, where we will screen them to ensure they fit with your position and your organization. Only those who make it through our screening process will be passed on to your specified call-to-action. By partnering with the Workforce Development Board, you not only reach more qualified candidates, but you fulfill your EEOC and OFCCP requirements (if applicable).
The call-to-action for the email series and telephone calls will send the candidates directly to you. The choice of how they respond is left entirely to you. You can direct them to the beginning of your online application process, or provide the email address and/or telephone number of your recruiter/hiring manager, or give the date and time of your Open House. The choice is yours.
You will be able to make as many hires as you need from the responses generated by the campaign; there are no placement fees or costs per hire (hire as many candidates as you like; our price won’t change!).
With Reverse Posting, all you ever see—and all you ever pay for—are qualified and interested candidates.
Option 2: Universal Screener
The difference between Reverse Posting and Universal Screener is that instead of sending an email to all the individuals discovered by RCI TalentLocatorTM, we’ll just send the resumes to you.
Of course, our professional sourcers will visually screen the resumes to confirm that they do, in fact, match your needs, but after we send the resumes directly to you, they become your property to do with as you like. There is no placement fee: hire as many candidates as you want because our price will not change.
Option 3: Direct Recruit
Along with using the resume data returned by RCI TalentLocatorTM, Direct Recruit also collects data from our traditional and non-traditional recruiting channels, including our access to exclusive databases and sourcing passive-candidate data from your competitors. Our professional recruiters will then call the candidates directly to introduce your opportunity, explain your unique value proposition, and screen them for their interest and qualifications.
After determining that the candidates do, in fact, meet your needs and have an immediate interest in your opportunity, we’ll forward them to you to schedule an interview.
Option 4: Container
All of the services of our Container option are the same as the Direct Recruit—we’ll call all the candidates discovered by RCI TalentLocatorTM, as well as the candidates who work for your competitors, plus all the passive candidates we discover through traditional recruiting methods—but instead of working on your project for 30 or 90 days, we continue the project for 90 days (or until you make the hire — whichever comes first).
Because of the nature of the Container option, we require customers to pay 50% at the start of the project, with the remaining 50% due upon hire.
