RCI Direct Recruit™Without the expense of search fees and retained search, RCI Direct Recruit™ takes your game to the next level. Over the course of either 30 or 60 days, we will introduce you to as many passive and active candidates as we can source, screen, and qualify — through our best recruiters personally contacting and conversing with them — so that you can take a priority action. Whether you hire one or one hundred of the candidates we refer to you in this way, the cost of our service never goes up.
RCI Container™This is a unique blend of contingency and retained search. Similar to RCI Direct Recruit, the RCI Container enhanced service will source, screen, and interview qualified and interested candidates on your behalf, but where RCI Direct Recruit is for a fixed period of time, the RCI Container doesn’t stop until you’ve made your hire. Per Req. Projects™This is similar to RCI Direct Recruit -- as many passive and active candidates as we can source, screen, and qualify through our best recruiters personally contacting and conversing with them -- except we don’t stop until we’ve sent you at least two highly qualified candidates for your open req. Although I was not able to make a hire with the Universal Screener project I ran with RCI, I was satisfied with the level of service they provided for me.
