The RCI Approach to SEO

When you make the decision to use Search Engine Optimization techniques to improve the organic rankings of your recruitment site and job postings, our first step is to conduct a complete audit of your current pages to see how well your site is already optimized and get a firm grasp on the existing value of your URL assets.

We'll look at any ATS or third-party systems you may be using to see what kind of SEO techniques (if any) they may already be implementing or what barriers to success they might present.

We'll also research the keywords and phrases that your candidates use to find the kinds of jobs you're offering and determine how your site aligns with their queries.

If you've worked with an SEO partner before, we'll also verify that the investments you've already made are paying the dividends you require, which we find, time and time again, is not the case.

We will then make a series of SEO recommendations to ensure your site meets your recruitment needs in an ethical and 100% search-engine friendly manner. These recommendations will most likely include:

  • Targeting relevant keywords and phrases to increase your site's exposure
  • Fine-tuning those keywords over time to increase the number and value of those keywords
  • Building new content on your site to take advantage of the geographical and specialty identifiers that the search engines love
  • Participating in a link-building campaign to maximize the reputation of your site both in the market and in the search engines
  • Installing the free Google Analytics site-statistics tool across your career sites to track the relevant metrics
  • Plus recommendations that are specific to your organization's unique objectives

You can implement our suggestions however you like. If your internal I.T. staff is capable of making the changes and monitoring the results, they are more than welcome to do so. If you prefer to have a third-party implement our suggestions, track the results, and refine as necessary, that's okay too.

And of course, if you'd like the benefit of working with an organization that has been perfecting SEO since 2003, helping thousands of companies improve their rankings on the search engines, build positive online reputations, and increase the conversion rates of their online properties, then we'd be happy to implement our suggestions for you.
